Australian Man Finds Porn On New Phone For Daughter
An Australian man who purchased a Nokia 6210 Navigator cell phone recived a rather unexpected with the phone: porn.
John Roberts, who bought the phone from a mobile store in Toowong, and his 14-year-old daughter received the shock of their lives when they took the phone out of its packaging to start it for the first time -- only to find images of men and women engaged in sex acts all over the phone, reports the Brisbane Courier-Mail.
"I was really embarrassed -- it tears me apart, I don't know how to talk to her about that sort of imagery," Roberts told the paper.
"When I first confronted them at the store where I bought it they thought it was hilarious."
Roberts said subsequent visits haven't yielded much and letters to both the store and Nokia have failed to yield even a basic apology.
"My daughter's pretty devastated over this. At the end of the day all I want is someone to say to me, to my daughter, they're sorry this happened."
On the bright side, he wasn't watching the Comcast, Arizona feed for the Super Bowl. The porn interruption viewers experienced may have just sent John and his daughter over the edge.
